About These Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean unit 4p Malingap Residences #22 Malingap St., Teacher’s Village, Quezon City and its website godofpest.com and “you” means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
Jurisdiction
All sales made on our websites and services rendered are understood to be made within the Philippines and are covered by Philippine Laws.
Legal Capacity to Transact
By purchasing products and services from our website, you give your consent that you have the legal capacity to transact and accept this Terms and Conditions. Should we suffer damages from transactions entered into by persons with no legal capacity to transact, we reserve the right to file the appropriate action and to seek compensation from their parents or guardians.
Purchasing from the site
You purchase products and services from our website by clicking on the “add to cart” option from the website and then proceeding to the checkout page of the website. By proceeding to checkout and providing all your information, you allow us to process your information in accordance with our privacy policy and you guarantee all such information are correct and accurate. In turn, we guarantee that all information is treated with confidentiality and are processed in accordance with existing privacy laws including the disposal and removal of such information when the need for such no longer exists.
Payment method
We accept Paypal, Cash on Delivery, Credit and Debit Card – Visa or Mastercard, Tendopay, Gcash and the likes as payment methods on our site. By providing us with your payment information, you allow us to process your payment via the said payment channels and through our payment processing partners. All prices listed on the website are in Philippine Peso and are subject to change without prior notice to our customers. Products may also be subject to shipping cost which are reflected on the payment breakdown on the checkout page prior to the processing of payment.
Processing of orders
Orders are processed on business days. We only process orders once payment has been confirmed. After checkout and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and another email containing the shipping information for your order. Delivery is between 7 to 15 days. Delays not attributable to us and depending on several factors including those not within our control such as the weather, travel restrictions and others shall excuse us from any liability for damages. We are not liable for any delays and failure of delivery resulting from errors on the shipping information. All risk of lost and damage are born by the customer unless such lost or damage is due to the fault of the shipper or seller.
Returns, refunds and warranty
All returns and request for refunds shall be covered by our return and refund policy. Likewise, all products are covered by our warranty as provided by our warranty policy posted on our website. Our returns, refunds and warranty policy are in accordance to all existing laws governing the purchase of goods and services within the Philippines whether through physical stores or online channels.
Liability for products misuse
All products sold are properly labeled and comes with manuals and directions for use unless otherwise stated or the manufacturer packaging does not contain such. We shall not be liable for damages and injuries because of product misuse and for reasons and fault of the end-user.
Assignment of rights
You shall not assign your rights and obligations under this terms and conditions to a third party whether in part or in whole without prior consent from the other party and such unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
Validity and enforceability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby. Failure to enforce any Term or Condition on the part of any party does not constitute a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions applicable to you are those on our website at the time of your purchase.

We accept payments through Paymongo: Gcash, Atome, BPI, GrabPay, Billease, Credit/Debit Cards, TendoPay, and Cash on Delivery. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to our payment channels, including information required to process or support the payment, such as purchase total and billing information.
